At DSGAMO, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our custom design products. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all custom products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

• The product is returned within 30 days of delivery
• The product is in its original condition and packaging
• You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
• The product was not marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
• Custom designs do not contain copyrighted material you don't own

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
• Items returned without original packaging
• Products with custom designs that violate copyright laws
• Gift cards and digital products
• Items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly marked
5. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team

Important: Returns without an RMA number may not be processed.

5. Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of defective products)
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
• Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a free return and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Please include photos of the defect or damage when contacting customer service.

7. Wrong Product Received

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost, and we will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

8. Custom Design Issues

For products with custom designs, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the final product does not match your approved design due to our error, we will reprint it at no cost or provide a full refund. However, we cannot offer refunds for design issues that were present in the approved proof.

9. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund
• After 2 hours, cancellations may not be possible if production has begun

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email:

1. Check your bank account and credit card statement
2. Contact your credit card company or bank

11. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
